A BIT ABOUT US
We’ve been a practicing Yoga Studio since 2000. The foundation of our studio combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. At Heat Fitness and Yoga, we use our extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.

Meet Our Chiropractors

Dr. Kristine DeBoer, DC
Dr. DeBoer has been practicing in the Lake Norman area since 2006 and opened Regional Chiropractic Center in March 2010. She graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC (2005). Prior to Sherman, she graduated from Adrian College in Michigan (2001), with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Health Science where she also played college basketball for four years. Her undergraduate degree included internships in a Physical Therapy Rehab clinic and was focused heavily on physical rehabilitation, which carries through to her practice to this day.
Here are a few words from the Doctor:
“I believe the body is a dynamic structure and neuromuscular injuries are dynamic in nature. I believe soft tissue rehab is just as important as aligning and adjusting the spine. Every patient is unique and therefore their treatment plans are unique to them. At my office, you can expect a Doctor who listens and focuses on improving you. I utilize many different adjusting techniques and the office is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. I use flexion/distraction and spinal decompression, cold laser therapy, massage therapy, the Kinesio Taping Method, and Foot Levelers Spinal Pelvic Stabilizer inserts to name a few. Please browse through our website to learn about Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and Acupuncture, and how some of these treatments may benefit you.”

Dr. Lyndsey Sciarrino , DC
Originally from Jupiter, Florida, Dr. Lyndsey Sciarrino earned her Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.
Dr. Lyndsey discovered her passion for chiropractic care during her undergraduate studies, following a low back injury sustained while weightlifting. Uncomfortable with the idea of relying on medication, injections, or surgery at a young age, she sought a more natural, holistic approach to healing. Chiropractic care not only relieved her pain but also restored her ability to function properly and perform at a high level in athletics. This experience inspired her to pursue a career helping others find similar relief and performance optimization.
She believes in the body’s ability to heal and thrive when given the right support, and she is passionate about empowering others to become the best version of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Dr. Lyndsey believes that when individuals take proactive steps toward their own health and well-being, they’re already demonstrating a level of commitment and resilience that sets the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
Dr. Lyndsey is passionate about treating anyone with a spine—whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just trying to feel your best day-to-day. Her background in competitive soccer, basketball, and track and field gives her a unique perspective on athletic care and she brings the same level of focus and enthusiasm to every patient she sees. Her goal is to help each individual move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain—no matter their activity level or lifestyle. Her methods of treatment include a variety of techniques including, but not limited to, dry needling, soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, cupping, Graston technique, and more.
Outside the clinic, you can find Dr. Lyndsey hiking, working out, cooking, thrifting, or creating art.
